Our offerings also include Braille business cards and labels, perfect for enhancing your communication. Let us help you make your documents accessible and inclusive!

Braille transcription pricing includes the product, transcription service, proofreading service and quality assurance. Pricing is per Braille page. On average, 1 print page is equal to 2-3 Braille pages.

$1-$3/label and/or business card depending on length

$4/Braille page for simple literary text - no math/science, minimal formatting, digital files

$7/Braille page for moderately complex text - text + foreign language, moderate formatting, longer documents, possibly some minimal graphics or tables

​

$10/Braille page for technical, scientific, math content - Nemeth, chemistry, engineering etc.

​

$15-$30/page for tactile graphics, diagrams, maps depending on level of detail, size, materials etc.

A minimum fee of $25/h is set for small production jobs. Small production includes documents 1-15 print pages in length, labels, and business cards.
